The project aimed to improve the payroll administration process for a company in the payroll industry. The objective was to create a high-availability setup that would be fully redundant and ensure smooth operations.
To achieve this, we set up a VMware cluster and integrated it with Dell Compellent Storage to ensure the highest level of uptime and data protection. Additionally, we completed a full transition from fat clients to thin clients to minimize the risk of downtime and make it easier to manage the system.
To simplify the management process, we created a setup that utilized remote desktop services. This made it easier to manage the setup and ensured that it was cost-effective. The result was a highly available and easy to manage solution that provided Salar with a robust and reliable payroll administration process. With the solution, the company can trust in a seamless, uninterrupted experience for customers and employees, as well as peace of mind knowing that valuable data is secure and protected.

The project involved a complete transformation of the IT infrastructure for a company in the door production industry.
The objective was to provide a high-performance environment for running critical applications. The project involved the migration from the ERP system running on AS400 to Axapta/Dynamics on Windows Servers, as well as the migration from Tobit Mailserver to Exchange and Novell Network to Windows Network.
Initially, the servers were running on HP hardware and virtualized using Hyper-V, but later transitioned to VMware on Dell hardware and storage for long-term sustainability.
In my role as a trusted advisor, i was responsabel for the communication between the internal IT team and the management team.

A high-end virtual graphic workstation was also set up specifically for the BIM and design department. In addition to this, there was a migration from Navision to Build Software (ERP) and automation of the invoice workflow.
